A libertarian is appointed in the current government in Albania, as vice minister of Finances.
This is Besart Kadia, professor at the European University of Tirana and Executive Director of the Albanian Institute of Entrepreneurship.
You may remember him as a key speaker at the LI conference 2014, held in Tirana, Albania.
Besart is a true libertarian, who is pushing towards more liberal reforms in our economy. He has regularly participated as an analyst on our media and is evaluated for his ideas on the free-market economy.
Let’s hope to see a change in our economic and financial policies, especially during this hard situation, due to Covid19 and ongoing corruption!
