🗣️ Ted Galen Carpenter (Cato Institute)
Ted Galen Carpenter is a senior fellow for defense and foreign policy studies at the Cato Institute. Carpenter served as Cato’s director of foreign policy studies from 1986 to 1995 and as vice president for defense and foreign policy studies from 1995 to 2011. He is the author of 12 books. Carpenter is a contributing editor to the National Interest, the American Conservative, and 19FortyFive, and is a weekly columnist at Anti​war​.com. He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Strategic Studies and was a member of Mediterranean Quarterly’s editorial board from 1998 to 2018. Carpenter is the author of more than 950 articles and policy studies.

🗣️ Agnieszka Płonka (Libertarian Association Poland)
Agnieszka Płonka is a geophysicist. She teaches physics at a high school in Krakow and mathematics at WSB-NLU in Nowy Sacz. A member of the Polish Libertarian Association. Outside of science, she is particularly interested in the inner workings of totalitarian states and the psychological abuse inflicted on their victims. She discussed the mechanisms of propaganda and the importance of human rights at the Free Market Road Show and the Austrian Economics Conference in Vienna.
