We spread liberty and foster a global network of freedom champions, empowering them to become change agents in their own countries.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute programs and associated activities in alignment with the organization’s objectives and targets.
  • Prepare program action plans, Gantt charts, budgets, and service agreements to ensure effective project management.
  • Facilitate open communication and transparency by engaging with stakeholders such as service providers, partners, speakers, and participants to address project-related matters and finalize service-related decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy, including the recruitment of speakers and the cultivation of a diverse participant base.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to assist in reporting activities, enhance social media outreach, and maintain the organization’s website.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with the network of pro-liberty groups and individuals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in program management and execution
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in creating communication materials in various formats, including newsletters, social media posts, press releases, OpEds, etc.
  • Full proficiency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools, including website and social media management
  • Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge of effective email and social media platform utilization
  • Highly proficient in G-Suite, WordPress, Canva, Figma, and Mailchimp

Compensation: Monthly salary of USD 400 for a 40-hour workweek

Period of engagement: The selected candidate will be initially contracted for a three-month period, from March to May 2024. Based on performance, the contract may be extended for an additional one-year period.
